What is Wim Hof Method

Wim Hof Method is the combination of specific breathing techniques combined with cold exposure (ice baths) with a focus on commitment towards practicing a method and adapting your mindset. It looks for a change in mindset and working towards being comfortable with something that makes us uncomfortable. 

Building practical techniques through breathwork can help us adapt to facing situations that make us feel anxious. Rapid unintentional breathing can cause us to panic. Unlocking the Wim Hof Breathing Method can help work through states of feeling calm and refocusing the mind. It also looks at intentional breathing to help 'charge up' and give us more energy. 

Cold Exposure through ice baths has increasingly become a popular trend. Wim Hof Method incorporates ice baths into it's practice to help with facing the uncomfortable, paired with specific breathing to help you overcome this. It also looks at the benefits of the cold on inflammation, improved immune systems, improving sleep and boosting feel good endorphins. 

Building a mindset that is focused and determined helps with growth mindset and actively working towards changes.

Meet Damian

Damian is a Certified Wim Hof Instructor, completing his training in Poland in 2025. He comes from an Emergency Services background and started his Wim Hof Journey as a way to help build his own health and wellness. After discovering the practice he has decided that he is ready to share this knowledge and skills with others. He comes from a trauma informed background and is passionate about helping others. 

Damian can teach you practical methods to help boost your mood, mindset and determination.

Damian is teaming up with Thought-Full Counselling to offer the ultimate wellness package. Pair Breathwork and Ice-Bath sessions with therapy sessions. This will give you the space to learn powerful and practical tools such as specific breathing techniques and learning how the cold can help boost your mindset as well as a space to engage in talking about these changes, what is happening for you, setting goals and working through challenges through therapeutic sessions. 

Sessions will remain confidential and information will only be shared between the two practitioners should you choose to. This will be discussed in session.
