Appointments and Fees
Appointments
Appointments are 50-60 minutes in length. Standard office hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday however weekend and earlier or later appointments can be made on request.
Cost $120
Appointment Types
Appointments available either in-person, online or via telephone. Specific accommodations can be made to suit individual needs so please ask if you require any adjustments to appointments.
Cancellation Fee
Your counsellor understands that things can happen where you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Thought-Full Counselling hopes that you understand that cancellations can impact on a small business. To cancel you must email or SMS your name, appointment time and date, providing at least 24 hours notice. Otherwise you will be charged a cancellation fee.

NDIS
If you have Self-Managed or Plan-Managed NDIS Funding Thought-Full Counselling can provide counselling support as part of your 'Improved Daily Living Plan'. You will need to contact NDIS if you are unsure if your plan covers this. NDIA Managed plans are currently not available, however this facility should be coming soon.
To ensure NDIS Participants are being provided with equal access to supports, fees remain the same as listed above.
NDIS REPORT WRITING
Costs will apply for NDIS Report Writing at a standard fee in recognition of the time allocated to generate reports.

How to book
Please email mali@thought-fullcounselling.com or phone on 0490 703 950 to ask about making your first appointment. You will be sent a Service Agreement and Intake Form prior to your first appointment. These are able to be completed digitally and must be completed prior to your first session.
Alternatively you can start the process by clicking the 'Book Now' tab and completing one of the forms online.
If you have an idea of some times that you may be available please include this in your inquiry as this can assist in streamlining your support.
It is important that you feel a sense of connection with your counsellor and if you require a short phone consult to make sure these services are right for you please include this in your email and your counsellor will phone you when possible.
