Thought-Full Counselling offers a safe and supportive environment for children, young people and adults to engage with counselling. Mali is a Registered Counsellor who applies active and empathetic listening skills to ensure you feel heard and respected. Providing a person-centred approach to help you develop, maintain and recognise healthy mental health strategies.
Mali enjoys working with people and celebrating and nurturing peoples’ successes- however big or small it may feel to the individual. Her previous workplace experiences have been diverse and enriching, placing her with expertise in working through the vast range of adversities one might face. She has worked in primary, secondary and higher education sectors, out-of-home-care organisations, disability sectors and has worked as a teacher, caseworker, youth worker and school counsellor.
The philosophy behind Thought-Full Counselling is just that. Sometimes our thoughts can be busy, overwhelming and out of control. Your mind may feel full. At Thought-Full Counselling you will be met with a thoughtful and tailored approach to best address your goals and be provided with a compassionate and considerate space to explore your thoughts, challenges and needs.
Appointments are available either via face to face in our office at 8/66 Clarence Street, Port Macquarie; or via online or telephone and are 50 minutes in length.
Counselling services that are collaborative allow for you to develop empowerment skills to assist you in taking control over your mental health and wellbeing.
Everyone's experience with counselling is unique. Thought-Full Counselling will provide you with a tailored and thoughtful approach that celebrates you, where you will feel heard and respected in a safe and supportive environment.
